New Relationship Christmas Gift buying guide!

Having problems trying to decide what Christmas or Holiday Gifts are appropriate to buy your significant other?

From past experiences and advice from others here is a suitable timeline to use a rough guide based on how far along you perceive the relationship to be. Feel free to move to the next level if you feel your relationship has moved faster than the “average”.

1 – 3 months or less: The purchase needs to be small but something that says “Hey I pay attention to you.” This is not the time to spend a lot of money, or to buy something extremely sentimental. This would be the type of gift that has a little bit of value and a little bit of thought, but nothing extreme. Example: If you were a guy you could pick up a small stuffed animal (that she likes) and maybe a CD or movie that she has mentioned liking or wanting.Same for the girl, but don’t add the stuffed animal, haha!

3 - 6 months: You can go with above if you feel the relationship is not far along, or you can take things a little further. If you are intimate with each other, buy something that is sexual but not too deep. It could be something humours. Maybe buy your partner tickets to a concert or something that isn’t over-priced but thoughtful. You want to have a few gifts to cover a range of things, but most of all you want something that says you are getting to know them and put a little bit of thought into it.

6months – 1year: Here is where you can really step up the gift buying. After the dreaded 6month point when the newness starts to wear off you usually have a good idea of where this relationship is going. This is where you decide on how you want to purchase for them. At this point (depending on your age and sexual beliefs) you can buy some sexy outfits or toys for one another. You can buy a gift that is truly meaningful and not worry about them running for the hills. Once again if you feel your relationship is still in a “casual” stage, stick with the 3-6month point. Unless you see wedding bells on the horizon, don’t go insane, but feel free to stimulate the economy if that is what you wish to do.

Anything beyond 1year is considered a longer term relationship and different rules apply to different situations.

Loverfag, is this the trackback nonsense thing you were talking about (the post above)?

Anyway, let me give you a better guide for gifts.

1 – 3 months: The other one naked with a bow on the head.
    3 – 6 months: 3-some
6 – 1year: Sex with their best friends. After 6 months everything goes downhill and you need to get the f*ck out of that relationship!

If you are determined to waste some money, at least put it to good use and buy something from those banners above, you both will get some use out of that.

  3. I need to buy you a safe sex kit CJ. lmao
